I'm thinking that the Types are in do-not-bloat-httpd.conf, in the
upstream module at webserver/files/includes.d/do-not-bloat-httpd.conf

I would think it's perfectly reasonable to add the Types there as well,
so I've applied the fix there, and pushed the changes to OGD's copy of
the module GIT repository as well.
