Update Fedora 12 YUM repository configuration files

Update the YUM repository configuration files to reflect the changes with the Fedora Project (as well as RPM Fusion possibly) to include "fedora-14-development" as well as "fedora-13-development", or maybe change the current "fedora-12-development" into "fedora-12-next" and "fedora-12-development" or something like that
